Return Policy

You are welcome to return your item, provided the following conditions are met:

• Returns must be initiated within 14 days of purchase.
• All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer (both to and from our location).
• Items that have been worn cannot be returned.
• Sale items are non-returnable.
• Items must be returned in their original packaging and in unused condition.
• All returns must be couriered to depot in Port Elizabeth, at the following address:
  Birdlip Avenue, Linkside, Port Elizabeth

Exchange Policy

• You may exchange an item for a different size or product, provided it has not been worn.
• Exchanges must be completed within 14 days of purchase.
  Items must be returned in their original packaging, in perfect condition, with no marks or damage.
• All product shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer (both to and from our location).
