You are welcome to return your item, provided the following conditions are met:
- Returns must be initiated within 14 days of purchase.
- All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer (both to and from our location).
- Items that have been worn cannot be returned.
- Sale items are non-returnable.
- Items must be returned in their original packaging and in unused condition.
- All returns must be couriered to depot in Port Elizabeth, at the following address:
Birdlip Avenue, Linkside, Port Elizabeth
Exchange Policy
- You may exchange an item for a different size or product, provided it has not been worn.
- Exchanges must be completed within 14 days of purchase.
